Today I am going to share a story that might be kind of disturbing to you guys. It was disturbing for me the first time I heard it. But I think the story has an important message that we need to spread and raise awareness about.  In September 2007, young mother Krista Stryland went in for a liposuction procedure at the Toronto Cosmetic Clinc. She would never return. Turns out, the "surgeon" that performed the procedure on her, was not a surgeon at all. The doctor had no surgical experience, no surgical accreditation. She removed too much fat and fluid from Krista, way more than what is allowed. I really like to garden. I don't know what it is, but I really enjoy actually growing something. Mostly in the past, I have grown veggies with some pretty good success, but not so much with flowers and fruits. So, when I recently heard about something called a butterfly garden, I was really intrigued. Seriously, I can bring actual, live, butterflies to my yard, without having to have a beautiful and successful garden? I am totally down for that! Money, Money, Money.  Everybody is always looking for money.  When money is just in too short of a supply, it is easy to think about getting a loan.  Personally, we are saving up now to save up enough money for a down payment on a  new house.  Then we will have to look into getting a home loan.  I don't really have any clue about loans, but I have been trying to learn.  Pretty much, it confuses me. . Home loans, Personal loans, Payday Loans, etc..  I tried to get some more information about different types of loans, but even THAT was confusing!  I have had a few times that I have needed to get a pay day loan, but that is just about the extent of my loan knowledge.  I found a few websites that gave me a little more information about loans, for example, a great UK PayDay Loans website, so I feel a little more comfortable if I need to get a loan. Spring is almost here!  I can not begin to tell you guys what a great thing that is!  I absolutely HATE Winter, so much! If I had one day to do whatever I wanted to do (haha, yeah right!) I would probably choose a day at the spa.  I really could use some relaxing and pampering.  I found an awesome spa in NYC called the Dyanna Body and Nail Salon Spa.  Now, I personally will never be able to take a little trip to NYC, especially not just to go to the spa, but I would love to!  The Dyanna Spa looks so beautiful! I love the atmosphere and the interior design there. If there are two things that girls love, it would be shoes and purses. So, when I recently heard about a company that combines both, I was really intrigued... Oh, yall.  It's been a while since I really, REALLY, talked to you guys, and I have so much to talk about.  Things have been bad here. Real Bad.  My sweet little Tater has been having some super bad behavior issues.  I am not sure that I can even adequately describe it to you.  He is like a whole other kid.  Sceaming, Yelling, Hitting, Kicking, Biting.  No listening, defiance, even screaming "I HATE YOU!" I really have been at the end of my rope lately.  I have become so depressed over all of this. I feel like I am failing him as a mother.  He needs something from me that I am just not giving him, and I don't know what to do.  I have been doing a lot of reading, and I think that we are going to try to eliminate food dyes from our diet.  I really think that this might help.  Does anyone have any advice about this?  Let me know in the comments!  To learn more about how text message marketing can help y...

One of my main goals for 2012 has been to take better care of myself. I have a really hard time putting myself first, and I have been trying to work on pampering myself a bit more. Riding a bike is a big deal to a kid. So, yeah, I dropped the ball on this one with Tater. The kid is almost six and still can't ride a bike. He is too sensitive, and every SINGLE time we try to teach him, he gives up and starts crying the first time that he falls down. Sigh.  Now that Beanie is almost two, I have been thinking of getting him a  wooden balance bike to help him start off right. Balance bikes first started out in Europe, but they are getting popular here in the USA. Pretty much, you teach your kid to ride a bike without pedaling first. The balance bikes have no pedals and you just teach your kid to balance and there are no training wheels! This would have been SUCH a good thing for Tater. He is almost six and the only kid on our street who still rides with training wheels. But he refuses to learn. I love the fact that little Beanie could learn to ride using a balance bike.
