As most of you know, I have been struggling with high blood pressure and other heart issues for awhile now. I'm only 28, so it's really not fair, but what are you gonna do? Darn genes, LOL! It's my goal to try to eat as healthy as possible, exercise every day, and do any and everything in my power to minimize my risk of heart problems. We were lucky enough to try out all six of the TruHealth MD Step One products, and I was very impressed! The Multigrain Pancake mix was my very favorite! I'm Thankful For Minimally Invasive Surgery!

It's the new year, and it's time to start thinking about making changes, resolutions and goals for the new year. It's also a time to reflect on how far you have come and where you were this time last year. For me, the new year is a time to think about minimally invasive mitral valve repair surgery, cardiac cath labs, and catheter ablations. That might sound kind of silly, but bear with me.

On March 27, 2013, it will be one year since my catheter ablation procedure was done. One year since my life was forever changed. One year since I got myself back to normal. I still remember just how I felt that day, how scared I was, and how nervous I was that the doctors would never be able to put me back together properly. I remember exactly how I felt before the surgery, the aching, the dizziness, the pain, the constant throbbing of my heart in my chest. I remember how I couldn't get out of bed some days, and I would lay on the couch and watch the boys play. I sure as heck couldn't play with them, that was for sure. I couldn't walk to the bathroom without getting out of breath. And, I only weighed 160, and I didn't smoke! It was definitely not normal to feel that way!

I remember telling myself that I was just out of shape, and if I would exercise, I would be fine. I remember the day I went to the gym, and got on a treadmill for less than two minutes. My blood pressure was rising, I got extremely dizzy, and the room began to spin. The heart rate monitor on the treadmill said my heart rate was over 200. That's when I knew, something was not normal. I didn't even make it five minutes on the treadmill!

I remember every single detail about the day of my surgery. But more than that, I remember the way I feel right now. I love the way I feel now. I am completely healed, and my WPW is completely gone. I can run with my kids, I can exercise, I can play. I don't feel like I am dying every time I move! I am so thankful for the chance to have my heart fixed, and I sure hope that it doesn't ever come back!

I'm Thinking SparkNode.com For Server Hosting!

Okay ladies, I'm back again. Most of you are aware that I am looking for a dedicated server for my guy! I am so dumb when it comes to that stuff, so any advice that you could give me would be great! I am not much of a "gamer" myself.. You guys are lucky that I know how to use this computer to blog lol. That has definitely taken me some time to get used to and I am still not very technology savvy if you know what I mean!So, bring on the advice! I would love to hear what you ladies think! Do Any Of Your Guys Have A Dedicated Server?

Okay guys! I have a quick question for you! Do any of you have experience with using a dedicated server? Well, the reason that I am asking is for, who else, the hubby? He has been asking for a dedicated server for years and years, and I am finally on the verge of giving in to him! As most of you know, my hubs loves loves loves his video games, but we have a really hard time playing them here at our house, with our crappy of crappiest internet connections! I don't really know much about dedicated servers, but I am ready to start researching and try to figure out what I can do. I want to do this as a surprise for him, so I am trying to figure out what to do about this on my own! I am not good about surprises, so I am nervous about giving this a shot!

I have found some pretty great deals on dedicated servers through my online research, but I am not sure what I really need to do. I am going to be doing some calling around and trying to figure things out. I was wanting to see if any of you guys have experience with dedicated servers and can give me some pointers LOL!
