Lovable Labels Review and Giveaway!

You guys should know by know that I am a big fan of Lovable Labels! They are a great company that specializes in personalized labels for, well.. everything!

I did a review and giveaway for them last year, and they have totally saved me from stressing out when Tater loses his stuff. (Which is daily...)

Well, now the folks at Lovable Labels are back at it again, and they have come out with some great new products!

Here are some of my favorites:

These are their new Wire Tags! I absolutely love this idea. There are so many times when I am like "okay, I will just unplug the dvd player, or the TV, etc..." and then I end up unplugging cord after cord after cord. Or the worst, I accidently unplug the alarm clock, and then have to reset it! Grrr! These would save me so much frustration! I really think these would be perfect for my hubs! He has more cords than should be allowed by law, and these would really make a great Father's Day gift for him!

I also thought this new product was pretty cool. These are Toddler Toes, and they are stick on labels that go inside your kid's shoes to help them learn left and right. I also really like the idea that you can print these with your child's info, just in case something were to happen. I like that it is there, but discreetly hidden away. These are really cute!

And these little cuties are the new Address Labels that Lovable Labels have now! These are the ones that I got to review and I love them! They are so bright and pretty! I hate paying bills, but it is a little tiny bit more fun to do it with my pretty new address labels! :) They have several different designs available, here are a few of the others:

Aren't they cute? I really like the fact that you can choose the whimsical ones, the fancier ones, or some that are more classic. I really like these labels, especially since they make bill paying (a little) more fun!

And, just in time for Summer Camp, Lovable Labels is offering an awesome deal! Their Camp Packs have everything you need to insure that your kiddos bring back the stuff they leave home with!

The Ultimate Camp Pack includes:

•15 Regular Sticker Labels
•40 Slimline Sticker Labels
•72 Press n'Stick Clothing DOTS
•12 Shoe Labels
•2 Mini-Metal Tags (two 20mm Double S rings incld)
•12 Square Labels
Isn't this a great idea???  Now, granted, it will be a LONG while before I ever give up my over-protectiveness long enough to let my boys go away to camp, but these are still pretty awesome!
And of course, all of the labels in the Lovable Labels gift pack are:

There are tons of really cute styles to choose from too! That's what I really like about this company, they make something to fit everyone's personality!

And, my dears, just in time for Summer, Lovable Labels has generously supplied us with a "Camp Pack" for one lucky winner!  Thanks, Lovable Labels!

Snack Day! Bella Lula Lemonade and Orangeade Review!

I recently got the chance to review Bella Lula premium beverages, and I am so glad I did!

Bella Lula makes premium lemonade and orangeade, from all natural ingredients!

Their beverages are really unique. First of all, they make orangeade and lemonade, period. That's it. End of story. When you do something well, you don't need to sell a million other products just for the heck of it!

Bella Lula beverages contain 25% juice, which is pretty much unheard of! Like I mentioned before, the ingredients are all natural, and there are no preservatives or chemicals.
We got a chance to try both flavors of Bella Lula! The first one we tried was the orangeade. We really liked this one, Tater liked it more than anyone! It has a strong fruity taste and a hint of mint, which is a really good addition to it. The flavor is really fresh and light.
The lemonade has a little bit of a stronger taste, but it also has the hint of mint. It is much more sour than the orangeade, but I really enjoyed it. Lemon is one of my very favorite flavors anyway, so I really liked this. The boys thought it was too sour, but I just think it's because they've never really tasted anything like that, so they didn't know what to expect.

If you would like to try Bella Lula for yourself, you can order from their online store here! Don't forget to follow them on Facebook so you can keep up with all the latest news and deals!

Disclosure: I received a sample product in order to conduct this review. Although a sample product was received, all opinions are my own and no monetary compensation was given.

My Mama Bear Claws Came Out Today.

I didn't even know I had Mama Bear claws. But I do.

Today something happened that made me realize how much I really love my children.

I mean, I knew that I loved them, but how freaking much I love them really hit me today.

I should begin by saying that for the last 25 years of my life, I have been a complete doormat.

I don't hurt people's feelings, I don't say what's on my mind.

I am quiet, shy, meek.

Today we were at the gas station, and the hubs was pumping gas.

They boys and I were sitting in the car, minding our own business, when this guy in a giant truck and trailer comes around the side of the truck and BAM! runs right into the side of our truck.

I still don't really know what he was doing, we were STOPPED and PUMPING GAS at a gas pump and we were at the pump closest to the door, and he just drove through when there was no way a little car would have fit through there, much less his giant truck and trailer.

I mean, enough to seriously jolt us, and rock the truck back and forth.

He hit right on the passenger side fender, about 6 inches away from The Bean.

My baby. My little tiny sweet baby.

I heard the bang, and I thought he had hit The Bean's door.

And that's when it happened.

Full on redneck mama moment!

I jumped out of that truck, and there was this horrible, uncontrollable raging fire inside of me.

I thought someone hurt my baby, and I lost it.

I yelled and screamed and ranted and raved at the guy.

I feel bad for that now, but that's not the point of this post.

The point is that the second that I thought someone had hurt my babies, those Mama Bear Claws came out and I totally lost it!

It was the first time that I can ever remember standing up for something/ someone, and the first time I ever felt that rage built up inside of me.

It was then that I realized how deep my love for these two little boys is. I would literally do anything for them, and I can not imagine something happening to them.

Do you guys know what I'm talking about? Do y'all have those Mama Bear moments too?

Review: Great New Line of First Books from Lamaze by Learning Curve!!

Lamaze by Learning Curve has always been one of my very favorite brands for babies, so when I recently had the opportunity to review their new line of first books, I was thrilled!

Reading to your kids is such an important thing, even when you think your babies are too young to actually understand. I think it is more the "act" of doing it, and the ritual that is important when babies are young.

Lamaze has a great new line of first books out right now, and they were all designed with the help of some very respected child development experts. There are both hard board books and soft books in this collection, and they are all super cute and colorful, and teach babies about basic concepts such as counting, animals, colors, etc.

We received several books for review, one of which was Captain Calamari's Color Adventure Gift Set. This set includes the board book and the Captain Calamari Plush. Isn't he the cutest? The Bean really enjoyed holding him ( and chewing on him, naturally...) while we read the books. This is a really cute book and he seemed to enjoy the colors. It held his interest through the whole book, which, granted, wasn't very long, but still, good in my opinion!

I am so glad we got the chance to review these books, and now have them to add to our storytime routine! We received several other board books, including The Counting Zoo board book and the Big Top Circus board book. The Bean really seems to enjoy them, and I have found him playing with them several times when he didn't know I was looking!
Lamaze's First Books Collection also includes several soft books, like this:
These soft books are especially good for smaller babies, it is much easier for them to manipulate the pages of the soft books. And, the best thing about the soft books, in my opinion? Throw them in the washer when they are covered with slobber, which, inevitably, they will be!

I am very impressed with this line of books from Lamaze, but what else would I expect from such a wonderful brand? They have always been and will continue to be a staple in our house!

Disclosure: I received a sample product in order to conduct this review. Although a sample product was received, all opinions are my own, and I received no monetary compensation.

Costume Discounters Makes My Son Happy!

If you have ever read my blog before, you know that my sweet little Tater is obsessed with all things Army, all things Call of Duty, all things related to guns of any type. So, when I recently had the opportunity to review for Costume Discounters, I had a little bit of an idea of what I was going to pick for him!

Not only does Costume Discounters have a TON of little boys costumes to choose from, but their variety of military costumes is like nothing I've ever seen before! There are so many to choose from, you can definitely find something for everyone!

After much deliberation, I ultimately chose the Special Forces Costume for a Child. I figured it would be perfect no matter what kind of "Army Guy" he decides to be! Here is a stock photo of this costume from the site:

This costume comes with the hat, jacket, and pants (with boot tops attached). My favorite part of the costume is that the jacket has a name tag, so you can write your little soldier's name! I also love the boot tops, even though he can't manage those without mom's help just yet!

We will definitely have to look into getting him some dog tags and the bullet belt that Costume Discounters has on their site soon, so he can complete his look!

Tater is very happy with his Special Forces costume, he has been wearing it all the time, and he even wore the hat to the grocery the other day! I can say without a doubt that this costume was a big hit!

Thanks again, Costume Discounters

ChicoBag Winner & Other News.

Hey everybody, just a quick note to let you guys know that the winner of the ChicoBag is Jelli Bean, entry #10! Congrats! Be on the lookout for an email from me! :)

In other news, it is ONE WEEK til Easter, and that means ONE WEEK until I have a five year old! Ahhh!

I can NOT believe that my baby boy is almost five. sigh. I do not know what to do with myself. And right behind that is my little's birthday! So hard to believe that he's been here a year too!

This week has been a blur of getting birthday party stuff together (we can't wait for Air Time Inflatables again this year!) and choosing the cake. We are going with an adorable two-tier Toy Story 3 Cake that we found at our Walmart Bakery. No horrible cake fiascoes for us this year! Walmart all they way! :)

The Easter Bunny has also been hard at work getting ready to visit on Tater's birthday! I feel like this time of the year always has so much going on! We also have two birthday parties coming up in the next couple weeks, along with our Preschool Spring Party, Field Trip, Graduation, etc! Shew! I am tired already! :)

Also, STILL trying to get our Yard Sale together! I am (as of now) doing it this coming weekend at my sister's house NO MATTER WHAT! So I say at this point. LOL. Also, very proud of my hubs, as he starts his smoking cessation research study tomorrow!

We have a lot going on on the blog this week too!

Stay tuned for a bunch of stuff including a review of Lamaze's new baby book line, tips on having a successful yard sale, some great food and drink from Kitchen Table Bakers and Bella Lula, and some great Summer Fun ideas for my local folks in the Lexington area!

Love you guys! Enjoy your Sunday!

Birthday Bash Review: Frecklebox Personalized Gifts!

You guys know that I am getting ready for both of my boys' birthdays in the next few weeks, so I have been searching all over for the perfect gifts for them!

Today I am going to tell you guys about a wonderful company that has the perfect gift for the kid on your list!

Frecklebox is a great company that creates tons of personalized gifts for kids! I don't know about you, but Tater always especially likes things with his name on it, no matter what it is!
Frecklebox has a huge variety of gifts to choose from, whether you are looking for a personalized puzzle or some personalized party favors, or anything in between!

Here are some of my very favorite things from their site:
I would like this personalized clipboard for myself!

And what little girl wouldn't love these personalized stickers with princesses to stick everywhere!?!

But, I think without a doubt, my very favorite thing from the Frecklebox site are their personalized lunchboxes! They are soo adorable!

Check out some of the awesome styles you can choose from! And this isn't even half of them!

Aren't they cute?

I love metal lunchboxes, they remind me of the ones I had when I was a kid.
I was so excited when we got a chance to review one of these lunchboxes!

Of course, Tater chose the camo lunchbox (really, was there another choice?) and I was so impressed when it arrived!

These metal lunchboxes from Frecklebox are top of the line. They are really high quality, you can tell that they are going to last a long time! They are the perfect size, not too big for little hands to carry! And my personal favorite part, inside the lid is a chalk board so you can write a note to your little sweetie! I love this extra-thoughtful little addition!

Tater was so happy to get his new lunchbox, I kinda feel sad for the old Mario one that hasn't seen the light of day since!

Tater was also very happy to receive an awesome new school folder too! This folder is perfect for all of the papers he brings home every day. I was really getting tired of everything being balled up in the bottom of his backpack where I could never find it! This solves the problem, and makes it super easy for his teachers to make sure his papers end up in the right place!

I would like to say a big thank you to Frecklebox Gifts for making my little guy so happy! He was absolutely thrilled with his early birthday present!

If you have a special little person on your list who would enjoy an awesome gift from Frecklebox, check them out here!
