Holiday Gift Guide: Maui Toys Review and Giveaway

Tater is hyper. Always. Extremely. He is as go-go-go as they come. I am continually and without pause, exhausted. So, as you can imagine, I am always on the lookout for great toys for extremely active kids!

Maui Toys must have been created for me and me alone, because they have a ton of products that cater to active kids!
You may know Maui Toys from the hugely popular "Wave Hoop", which has been the #1 selling hula hoop of the past decade! The Wave Hoop has a patented liquid core which makes hula-hooping easier. But now, Maui Toys is bringing their awesomeness to the sport of baseball!!

This is the Skyball and Bat Set, which was named by CNBC as "The Sports Toy Of The Year"!! The Sky Ball is filled with Helium, (that's right, helium!), and when hit correctly, can fly up to 300 feet! We received a Skyball and Bat set to review, and my little baseball man couldn't be happier! Tater is not too athletically inclined, to put it nicely, so it was so sweet to see how proud he was when he could actually hit the ball, and hit it far! He really enjoyed playing with this ball and bat, and he really thought he was something else when he hit it all the way across the yard! I am sure that the Skyball and Bat will provide LOTS more fun when dad is home, since dad usually likes to play with Tater's toys more than anyone!

Thanks, Maui Toys for letting us try this great product! They are also kind enough to give away one Skyball and Bat Set to a lucky Flip Out Mama reader!

Would you like to win a Skyball and Bat set from Maui Toys?
Here's how!

Mandatory Entry:
Since Maui Toys is all about taking classic toys and re-vamping them, what is your favorite toy/game from when you were younger that you would like to see re-vamped for today's little ones? I would have to say Kickball. Kickball was absolutely my favorite thing to play when I was in school, but nobody plays it anymore :(  Leave a comment letting me know your answer.

  1. I think that tetherball has become a thing of the past. It's so fun, and even those of us who aren't athletic can do a good job. No major skills are needed. I thought it was a blast when I was a young kid. You just don't see it anymore.
