I don't have trouble falling asleep. I never have. I can sleep anytime, anywhere, anyhow. The hubs, however, is not so lucky. He has a really hard time going to sleep. There have been times, back when I opened, that I would get up at 4:30 AM for work, and he would still be awake. F that. For realsies. So when I had the chance to do a review for Dream Water, I thought it would be perfect for him.
Dream Water is water that helps you fall asleep. (REALLY?!) It contains all-natural sleep supplements. It's like anti-Red Bull. I don't really precisely understand the science behind why it works, but trust me it does. Last night, BD was asleep on the couch at 8:30. He didn't heed the warning: "Dream Water should be taken only within 20-40 minutes of the consumer's desired time to go to sleep. " Oopsie. Guess the stuff's more powerful than he thought. :) He said the Snoozeberry flavor was really good too, and he just felt very relaxed. He also said after waking up he didn't have that dreaded "medicine head' or "hangover" feeling.
Dream Water shots are 2.5 oz, and are made to be taken through airport security. They are said to really help on long flights, and without causing jet lag or grogginess.
