By now, you guys know that I am not a commitment type of gal. I just don't dig it. So, I am always on the lookout for a cool, affordable and commitment-free phone! I was lucky enough to find yet another great one when I recently got to review the Samsung Prevail for Boost Mobile.
My first thought upon opening this phone was "Oooh, pretty!" It really has to be probably the fanciest "no contract" phone that I have ever seen! But we will get to that in a minute.
First of all, you can not argue that Boost Mobile has pretty much become the KING of "Pay As You Go" cell phone providers. Boost Mobile is ranked "Highest In Customer Service Performance and Highest in Satisfaction With Purchase Experience among Non Contract Wireless Providers" by JD Power and associates. Yup, that pretty much means they are the best.
Boost Mobile is pretty much one of the greatest deals you can find. Unlimited everything, Talk, Text, and Web. For only $50.00 per month. But, that's not all. With Boost, you get shrinkage. That means, for every six on time payments, your payment will shrink by $5.00. You can easily get your bill as low as $35.00 per month for unlimited EVERYTHING! You really can't beat that!
Anyways, back to the fancy phone! I love it! It's slim, sleek, and sexy! (Kind of like me before I had kids!) It operates on Android 2.2, which is one of the easiest to navigate systems. The screen is a super big 3.2", and amazingly crisp!
The camera is 2.0 megapixels, and is pretty great for a cell phone camera! Here is a pic that we took with the Prevail:
(Try not to focus on the super cute baby. The camera, people, the camera!)
We have been very impressed with the Prevail this past month. Great coverage, no dropped calls! Super affordable service, awesome apps from the app store, a great camera to take pics or videos, and all around just a great phone!
Now that our time with the Samsung Prevail has come to an end, we are giving it away to one lucky Flip Out Mama reader!!!

ReplyDeleteAnd the photo? Looks like your son is cheering on the Samsung Prevail, too :)
I use my phone for calls. But I am trying to start a business and a smartphone would be a quick way to run creditcards. coroark1@yahoo.com
