ShaToBu (The Workout You Wear) Review and GIVEAWAY!

You guys know that I normally HATE shapewear. I hate feeling like my fat is all stuffed into some binding, constricting crap. But, when I heard about ShaToBu, shapewear that doubles as a workout, I knew I would have to give it a chance.
ShaToBu gives a sleeker shape instantly, but it also helps you to burn extra calories and see a difference in your body when worn over time. ShaToBu is able to do this through a series of resistance bands that are built right in. The resistance bands help to burn more calories while doing normal activities, such as walking and using stairs. An Independent study found that women wearing ShaToBu burned 12% more calories during their daily routine than women who did not wear it. 12% is great to me, especially if I'm not "working" at it.

I do not ever have time to go to a gym and workout, so I have to take what I can get. That's what I like the most about ShaToBu, is that it is made to work with you, and your lifestyle.
look at this before and after butt!!!

ShaToBu Shapewear is made with Nylon and Lycra, and is made to keep you cool and dry. It also has waist and leg bands to prevent bulging, rolling, and marking.

What Mama Thinks:
Of course, I was dreading trying ShaToBu, even though I really wanted to. I just didn't want to be uncomfortable all night. I actually wore it on a night that I went to work, so I was really ready to be miserable. The conclusion? I forgot I had it on!!!! Seriously, it was THAT comfortable! I went to the bathroom at work, and was like "oh shit, I forgot I was wearing this thing!" That, friends, is what I call success! I didn't feel like my fat was being pushed around everywhere, and it felt "supportive", rather than "confining", if that makes any sense. I have been wearing my ShaToBu all week, and so far, so good! I don't expect to see an improvement in muscle tone or weight for awhile, but I like the way it makes me look and feel! I give this two big major thumbs up, I really do LOVE this shapewear!

Thanks, ShaToBu folks, for being so sweet and letting me try your products!

  1. ShaToBu is based on the principle of resistance training. This simple, ingenious technology uses seamless resistance bands to make muscles work a little harder during natural movement, like walking or climbing stairs, while remaining comfortable underneath your clothes.
