Let it go all day. <br /><br />The first day you could have the meat and a starch. On the days I'm too...OMG I love my crock pot!!! On the days I'm too busy and/or working late it is DEF a lifesaver. Also on the days I have time I'll make a big dinner with lots of extra to freeze (lasagna is our favorite) then all you have to do is cooked the pre-cooked meal in the oven!!
